Description

This price includes base labor. Labor may change if the scope of work changes for your Gas Fireplace Install/Conversion service based on our onsite review.

What we do:-

– We will frame envelop for zero clearance fireplace unit.
– Then we level and secure unit to the frame.
– We then set up weather tight venting fixture.
– Connect and route exhaust ducting and if required, electrical supply (available at the unit).
– Finally, we inspect and secure a permit.
– Includes planning, equipment and supply acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
