This price includes base labor. Labor may change if the scope of work changes for your Exterior Vent Replacement service based on the onsite review.

– We will setup watertight roof/wall cap and up to 5m/15ft of metal exhaust ducting to the exterior.
– Then setup waterproof exterior flashing.
– Secure and leak inspection.
– Route in-wall/underfloor only.
– It includes preparing the work area and clean up.
– It does not include demolition, structural modifications, and surface restoration.
