Balance $420 paid directly to Service Pro on completion of the project for labor only.

Materials are to be provided by the customer or the cost for materials should be paid directly to the Service Pro upfront.

This includes basic labor to install a toilet with favorable site conditions. Fit and secure new toilet. Connect to the existing water supply. Drain and leak test.

This includes basic labor to install bathroom vanity with favorable site conditions. Fabricate plumbing cutouts in the back panel. Level and secure the vanity to the wall. Scribe the exposed panel edge to the wall surface or apply molding at the edge. Assemble, and install drawers and hardware.

This includes basic labor to install the bathroom sink faucet with favorable site conditions. Assemble, place, and secure the faucet. Connect supply lines between existing shut-off valves and faucet. Leak and flow test.

This includes preparing the work area and cleaning up.

This includes material pick-up.
