Materials are to be provided by the customer or the cost of $3500 for materials should be paid directly to the Service Pro upfront.

– This includes pointing 8 steps and the sides of the step wall and putting in brick where it is needed.

– Caulk all 6 windows to stop water from coming in, Point the brick around the windows.

– 15×8 demo for new tiles, none slip tiles.

– This includes dumping.

This includes preparing the work area and cleaning up.
