Balance $1275 paid directly to Service Pro on completion of the project for labor only.

Materials are to be provided by the customer or the cost for materials should be paid directly to the Service Pro upfront.

This includes basic labor to paint porch with favorable site conditions. Prep up to 2 hr per 350SF – remove loose paint, spot prime and caulk edges, gaps. Roll / brush 2 coats of paint on the siding.

This includes area preparation and protection, setup, and cleanup.

Does not include trim

– Add-On Rate is 75% of the Regular Rate

– The after-Hour Rate is 125% (Appointments Before 9 am or After 7 pm)
