Balance $1530 paid directly to Service Pro on completion of the project for labor only.

Materials are to be provided by the customer or the cost for materials should be paid directly to the Service Pro upfront.

This includes labor for converting a single patio door to a double patio door: Cutting the wall we can not tell if electrical wires or waterlines are in the wall which may need to be routed framing the edges leveling and sheetrock removing the existing canopy and replacing the new canopy installing frame for double panel doors and sliding doors and screen. All on the second floor and to remove and dispose of garbage.
