Materials are to be provided by the customer or cost for materials should be paid directly to the Service Pro upfront.

This includes:

– 1 door lock replacement – Remove existing lock. Fabricate openings for handle and jamb strike plate. Fit handle, adjust and secure strike plate.

– 1 pit door replacement- site preparation, job completion, trash removal and work area cleanup.

– 1faucet replacement – Basic labor to replace kitchen faucet with favorable site conditions. Clear and protect work area. Disconnect and remove existing faucet. Fit and secure new faucet. Connect to water supply. Drain and leak test. Any surface restoration if needed is extra.

– This includes setup and clean up.

– Add-On Rate is 75% of the Regular Rate
– After-Hour Rate is 125%
