Materials are to be provided by the customer or cost for materials should be paid directly to the Service Pro upfront.
Material $7400 this includes: Sheet rock $1600,Screws caulk liquid nail , compound, tape, primer, installation paint, plaster Paris, $900 Lumber $1100, light fixtures outlet electrical switches & boxes, Bx cable $1100 demolition waste & garbage removal and disposal $2000. New material transport $700.
– Labor to demolishing and removal of debris.
– Installation of new walls, removal and installation of new ceilings.
– Installation of laminate floors. Provided by customer.
– Maintaining and preserving existing moldings.
– Installation of baseboards, removal of ceiling in pantry, installation of new walls and ceilings in pantry
– Electrical remove and replace all outlets and switches
– Installation of new outlets and switches in it’s existent location.
– Remove and replace old light fixtures with new light fixtures.
– Loading and unloading and of new material . loading dumpster with construction waste.
– It includes preparing the work area and cleanup.
– Add-On Rate is 75% of the Regular Rate
– After-Hour Rate is 125% (Appointments Before 9am or After 7pm)
