– On the second floor repairing the interior and exterior walls and floor around the balcony. Scrape and prepare the surface for resurfacing.

– Ground Floor – around the entrance door frame, exterior repair and seal cracks and opening. Scrape and prepare the surface for resurfacing exterior walls.

– Add-On Rate is 75% of the Regular Rate
– After-Hour Rate is 125%
