Materials are to be provided by the customer or the cost for materials should be paid directly to the Service Pro upfront.

This includes basic labor to install Bilco Cellar Door with favorable site conditions. Measure, trim, and plane door to fit the existing door jamb. Mark and mortise hinge locations. Install hinges. Fabricate holes, and mortises for the door handle set and jamb strike plate.

This includes preparing the work area and cleaning up.
